Health Guarantee Contract:

This pup is guaranteed up tp 24 months against any hereditary genetic defect which develops to the extent it renders the dog unsuitable as a pet. It covers hips, eyes, elbows, and heart. If a defect is found, mail a vet’s certificate stating the defect and I will decide whether or not to have my vet confirm the defect. Defect must be moderate to severe. At that time, I will replace your pup with one of equal value on the next available litter, usually within a year. If no current litters within a year, the purchase price of ______ will be fully refunded.

Guarantee is not for communicable diseases or conditions. Take care to vaccinate and worm properly. Also be careful where the pup is taken before fully vaccinated 

All veterinary costs are new owners’ responsibility.
